I have been involved in coaching teams for almost 3 decades and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I am also trained in fine arts, interior design and have been practicing various forms of art for decades. I continue my education in all things artistic and coaching. I’m all in on these fun and traditional forms of art & mindfulness like journaling, that can help people of any age reduce their screen time and discover what truly matters. I offer a world where we use paper, writing and color, as part of a relaxing path to knowing ourselves. I create charming, functional and fun stickers for planners and journals that you can customize to your needs or preferences. I truly believe the path to better health and happiness is an analog path. Anything that can get you away from the doom scrolling and mitigate the negative influences of social media. Additionally, I have a variety of colouring pages for anyone to enjoy!
